At Twiliner we rethink night bus travel.
The underlying magic:
The revolutionary seat
It is the first and only seat in Europe that is capable of safely transporting reclined passengers thanks to our innovative restraint system.
Twiliner developed this innovative restraint system in collaboration with Bern University of Applied Sciences, the accredited test center for vehicle safety DTC AG in Vauffelin, and a UK-based aircraft seat producer.
Twiliner filed a patent application in December 2022.
Our Mission
Our Vision
Business Model
In essence, Twiliner is a ticket booking platform and Twiliner filled a patent for the first lie-flat bus seat in Europe.
We work with bus operators that own and maintain the buses and operate the routes. In these buses the Twiliner seats are built in. We distribute the tickets through our own booking platform as well as distribution partners.
Twiliner's business model is asset light and easily scalable.

Our unique selling point.
THE PROBLEM.
70% of travelers want to travel more sustainably. However, flying is a main driver of climate change, and green flying is decades away. Day trains take too much time, night trains are available on a few routes only. Travel buses are uncomfortable on long distances.
Comfortable luxury night buses could be a solution. However, no approved bus comfort seat exists today that can be converted into a bed because, to date, there is no restraint system for the lie-flat reclining position that is both safe and comfortable.
OUR INNOVATION
For this, we have developed a bus comfort seat that can be transformed into a bed at the push of a button. It is the first and only seat in Europe that is capable of safely transporting reclined passengers thanks to our innovative restraint system, for which we have filed a patent application.
THE SOLUTION AND OUR UNIQUE SELLING POINT:
Twiliner's innovative restraint system gives us a unique competitive advantage and first mover advantage for several years to come.
This new mobility solution for Europe contributes significantly to the reduction of CO2-emissions of our society.

Our funding needs:
We are raising capital to finance the seats and our expansion.
Since two years we have been working intensively on Twliner and have developed the comfortable reclining seat for you, which can be transformed into a bed at the push of a button. Up to now, no reclining seat has been approved for buses in Europe. The seat tests will take place in the coming months.
So far we have been generously supported by partners who believe in and share our vision. Many thanks to Migros Pioneerfund and Innosuisse.
But as soon as the seat tests are successful, we need money to produce the seats on the one hand and on the other hand to develop our company further, i.e., marketing, staff expansion and business development.
Luca, our co-founder, not only wants to raise money but he wants like-minded people that believe in our vision to be able to be co-owners and therefore be part of Twiliner family.

Market Potential
Today, over 800 million people travel each year within Europe on routes that could be served with Twiliner buses (in terms of distance, land route, etc.).
External research shows that 70% of people want to reduce their CO2-footprint from travelling, and 23% are willing to accept more travel time in order to avoid the airplane.
This is where Twiliner will step in. We want to connect Europe in a sustainable way.

Outlook Share Price
The more shares that are sold, the more valuable the share becomes. We are currently selling 9% of the company via our crowdinvest campaign. This corresponds to 200,000 shares.
Funding Progress
We have decided to tokenize 9% of our share capital. Specifically, this means 200,000 shares with a starting price of 3,- CHF .
In a first step we invited family and friends to support us. For this purpose we tokenized 50'000 shares at a price of 3.- CHF. Family and friends consciously take the risk that we would not get the approval of our seats. That’s why we fixed the price at 3.- CHF.
In a second step after the successful crash tests of the seat prototypes, we open up to like-minded people who share our vision and will therefore tokenize 150’000 shares. Planned funding is 150'000 shares with a starting price of 3.- CHF and an increment of XX CHF.
As our company grows and becomes more successful, the raised capital will finance our Protoype 0 seats, our expansion, the itineration of our seats and last but not least our marketing and personnel costs.
